Johnny Lee, M.D.

Dr. Johnny Lee, President of New York Heart Associates, P.C obtained his M.D. from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY. He completed both his internship and residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, NY , where he also served as one of the Chief Medical Residents. Dr. Lee continued on to complete a fellowship in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at the Cardiovascular Institute of The Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York , NY where he currently serves as an Attending in Interventional Cardiology as well as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine (Cardiology ) for the School of Medicine .

Dr. Lee also serves as an Attending in Interventional Cardiology at NYU Langone Medical Center, New York, where he is also the Director of the Asian Heart Initiative (AHI). In addition, he recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Director of Cardiac Catherization Laboratory at the North General Hospital, New York.

As the current President of the Chinese-American Cardiovascular Association (CCA) and a national spokesperson and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association (AHA), Dr. Lee's commitment to fighting heart disease extends not only to his patients but to the Greater New York community as well.

An accomplished invited lecturer and a winner of numerous teaching awards throughout his career, Dr. Lee has recently published a book, Cardiology At A Glance ( McGraw Hill, 2002 ), which is currently the top selling handbook in Cardiology in the United States and abroad.

Tien Nguyen, M.D.

Dr. Tien Nguyen as Vice President of New York Heart Associates, P.C. and Director of Cardiology - New York Heart Associates - Westside, has helped to endeavor improved diversified care for the midtown west side community, where his responsibilities range from the administrative to the clinical management of a comprehensive, interdisciplinary inpatient and outpatient cardiology care program. 

Dr. Nguyen obtained his M.D. from New York Medical College , Valhalla , NY . He finished both his internship and residency at Saint Vincent's Hospital & Medical Center in New York, NY . Dr. Nguyen continued on to complete both fellowships in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology at the Comprehensive Cardiovascular Center of Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, NY where he currently practices as an Attending in Interventional Cardiology as well as Clinical Instructor of Medicine (Cardiology) for the School of Medicine . In addition, he serves as an Attending in Interventional Cardiology at the Cardiovascular Institute of the Mount Sinai Medical Center , NY .

Dr. Nguyen promotes education and research through his appointment as Clinical Instructor of Medicine for New York Medical College , Valhalla NY . His publications can be found in such professional journals as the American Journal of Cardiology and Journal of American College of Cardiology. Currently, Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association, and the American Medical Association. He is active in these and numerous other professional associations.

Jonathan Greenblatt, M.D.

Dr. Jonathan Greenblatt, is the Director of Cardiovascular Imaging for New York Heart Associates, P.C. He obtained his M.D. degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx , NY . He completed his internship and residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York , NY. Dr. Greenblatt trained in Cardiovascular Medicine at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center , New Hyde Park , NY and at Lenox Hill Hospital , New York, NY. He completed a fellowship in Hypertension at the Cardiovascular Institute of The Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York , NY.

Dr. Greenblatt is an Attending Cardiologist at the Cardiovascular Institute of the Mount Sinai Medical Center , New York , NY as well as an Attending in Cardiology at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York , NY and St-Lukes - Roosevelt Hospital, New York.
